Been a while since I participated in MPM, but as my pantry, fridge, and freezer dwindle, it's definitely needed! We have a weird week and really only need meals planned for 3 days - yay!
Monday - BBQ Pork Sandwiches (cooking 3 HUGE boneless pork chops with BBQ sauce in the crockpot and will shred tonight)
Tuesday - Beef Stir-Fry with Rice
Wednesday - Sausage, Peppers & Pasta (using my last package of the Italian Sausage I got on sale, so it will be our last one for a while...too bad because it's SO YUMMY!!!)
I also made some Pimiento Cheese, so we'll be eating on that throughout the week too.
