Remember the three cows?
Now there are only two. We'll see #3 again on the grill very soon!
That probably sounds a little mean, but supplying our beef is their purpose. They've enjoyed a happy little life grazing in the pasture and occasionally chasing the donkey. Much better than a life lived in CAFOs.
I've heard that beef like this blows beef from a grocery store out of the water. I'm excited to taste for myself. If it's anything like home grown vegetables versus store-bought, then there's absolutely no comparison.
